Purpose: Booking of wellness retreats

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all bookings made with Oui Well Corporate FZE for participation in international wellness retreats offered under the brand Oui Well, whether made via the website www.oui-well.com or through any other channel.
They also define the rights and obligations between the client and the organizer, including booking procedures, payment, participation in activities, and adherence to retreat rules.
By making a booking, the client fully and unconditionally accepts these GTC.

2. Booking and Payment Terms
1. Payment can be made by international bank transfer or via Stripe (online payment).
2. A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
3. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat.
4. Payments may be made in installments upon prior arrangement with Oui Well.
5. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and confirmation by Oui Well.

3. Postponement and Transfer
1. If the client is unable to attend the retreat, she may request a postponement of her booking for up to 12 months from the original retreat date.
2. The client may transfer her booking to another participant, provided that Oui Well is notified at least 15 days before the retreat start date and the full details of the substitute participant are provided.
3. No refund is possible in case of client cancellation, except in the case of a postponement or transfer approved by Oui Well.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer and Force Majeure
1. In case of cancellation by Oui Well for organizational reasons, the client will receive a full refund.
2. In the event of force majeure (exceptional events, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), no refund will be issued, but Oui Well will propose to reschedule the retreat to a new date depending on availability. Participants will be notified as soon as possible.
3. Retreats are guaranteed with a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Oui Well will refund your payment or offer you a later date.

5. Included and Not Included
1. Included in the retreat:
• Accommodation in a shared double or single room, depending on the selected option. Triple rooms may be available depending on the villa and location.
• Meals at the villa, including drinks as specified in the chosen package.
• Airport transfer upon arrival from the main airport to the retreat location for Essentielle and Renaissance.
• Activities included in the chosen retreat (fitness, sophrology, ice bath, excursions, massages according to the selected package, etc.).
2. Not included:
• International flights.
• Airport transfer at the end of the retreat or to any other location after the retreat.
• Personal expenses (shopping, souvenirs, additional services, etc.).
• Travel, accident, or cancellation insurance.

6. Participation Conditions
1. Participants must be of legal age and in good physical and mental health. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional before planning your retirement.
2. A health questionnaire must be completed prior to the retreat.
3. Respect for the group and Oui Well personnel is mandatory.
4. Excessive alcohol consumption or use of illegal substances is prohibited.
5. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and for any damage caused to property or other participants.

7. Liability
Oui Well Corporate FZE declines all liability in the event of accidents, injuries, incidents, or damage, even during activities supervised by Oui Well personnel. All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Ajman Free Zone. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or enforcement of these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Ajman, UAE.

9. Acceptance of the GTC
By making a booking, the client acknowledges that she has read, understood, and unconditionally accepts these GTC. On the website, a mandatory checkbox will be required to confirm acceptance before finalizing the booking.
